How to: Delete a print area.
Solution:
Select 'Page Setup...' from the 'File' menu. Click the 'Sheet' tab from the 'Page Setup' dialog box and delete the reference for the range of cells to be printed in the 'Print Area' box.
1) Select the 'File' menu and select 'Page Setup...'. (The Page Setup dialog box appears.)
2) Click 'Sheet' tab.
3) Select the cell reference in the 'Print Area' box. (The reference is highlighted.)

4) Press DELETE to delete the cell reference.
5) Click 'OK'.
